Tours Include: Transportation via Max our 14 passenger Federal Coach with a professional driver

Tours do not include: Items of a personal nature (phone calls, souvenirs, etc.), or gratuities for your tour director, driver or local step-on guide. Meals and some attractions are also extra unless noted.

Gratuities: Gratuities can be awkward for many people.  A guideline for tipping your Tour Director and Driver is $2.00-$4.00 per person, per day.  As with all service related businesses, you should tip based on services received.

Reservations: Reservations can be made via telephone, email, our website or in person.  Plan early to be sure you can reserve “Max” as it’s first come, first served.

Payments: Shuttle service is billed by the hour with a NON Refundable deposit of $150 to secure your date and itinerary.  Balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
Narrated tours will be payable at time of departure. Cash and valid checks are accepted. Credit card payments will incur a 4% service charge.

Passengers with Disabilities or Special Needs: Passengers requiring special care and/or assistance must notify us of their particular needs at time of booking.  While we would be pleased to try to accommodate the special needs of all our passengers, we may not be able to do so for safety, health or other reasons.  If you require assistance, you must have an able travel companion accompany you on the trip.  Passengers must provide their own special equipment such as wheel chairs, walkers, canes or oxygen equipment.  Waivers may be required by Catamount Tours for the liability for such equipment.

Cancellation Policy:   If  balance due by 14 days is not received, the contract will be null and void with no liability on our part for any fees or damages that may have been incurred due to lack of service. Changes to the itinerary may incur additional fees.

Children: We ask that all children 18 and under are accompanied by a parent/guardian and have a permission slip signed for the particular event.  Please note we cannot allow minors to any brew/cider tours.

Baggage Allowance & Liability: Baggage service is available for some of our tours, but not all.  Each person is allowed one large suitcase and one carry-on.  The carry-on is to be handled by the traveler who will assume full responsibility for it.  Please mark all baggage with your name, address and phone number.  Catamount Tours LLC will provide luggage tags for your larger bag.  Catamount Tours LLC cannot assume liability for damaged or lost baggage.  Insurance is recommended for loss or damage of personal belongings including baggage.

Departure Times & Pick up Points: Catamount Tours LLC is not responsible for your automobile in the parking lots of your pick-up point.  All parking is at your own risk and/or expense.  If you decide to change your pick-up point, it is important to let us know in advance.  Our departure times are indicated on the itinerary you will receive when full payment for the tour is received by Catamount Tours.  In fairness to other passengers, we cannot wait for someone who is late therefore; we ask that you arrive at your designated pick-up point fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.  Departure times are subject to change and you will be notified of any changes prior to the tour.

Event Changes: If an event such as a show is cancelled due to weather or anything else that is beyond our control, Catamount Tours LLC cannot be held responsible for ticket refunds.

Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is not permitted on any motor coach.  There will be rest stops to accommodate those who wish to smoke.  Alcohol is also prohibited on all motor coach tours. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at the discretion of the tour driver.

Responsibility: All rates are subject to change.  Catamount Tours LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes in itineraries and is not responsible to any person for expense, loss of time, money or other circumstances resulting from a change in itinerary or change of tour arrangement made for tour participants.  Catamount Tours LLC is not responsible for other services, loss, injury or damage to any person or property however caused, or for any delays, extra expenses or inconveniences caused by weather, acts of God or passenger deviations.

Weather Policy: Catamount Tours, LLC policy is to travel unless roads are closed or driver deems the conditions are too risky for themselves, the passengers and the Federal Coach mini bus.
